Sales Manager
Hybrid – London
We’re hiring a hands-on Sales Manager to lead a lean sales team in a fast-paced, service-led business.
This role is ideal for someone who can do both: lead from the front and sell themselves. You’ll help drive team performance, build stronger outbound discipline, generate pipeline, and support deals through to close.
Relevant backgrounds may include transport, logistics, travel, facilities management, outsourcing, events, hospitality, workforce solutions, or recruitment.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and develop a small sales team (you +2)
- Build a more structured outbound approach across target accounts, prospecting, and outreach cadence
- Drive pipeline through business development, events, and direct outreach
- Help close key deals and negotiate commercial terms
- Work cross-functionally to keep opportunities moving
- Set clear daily rhythm, accountability, and pace for the team
What we’re looking for:
- Strong sales ability across prospecting, closing, and negotiation
- A leader who is comfortable owning a number and building pipeline
- Experience introducing structure and outbound discipline
- Confident operating in a changing, high-tempo environment
- Hands-on, visible, and office-based with the team
- Background in a service-led business preferred over pure SaaS
