Senior Account Manager – Experiential – London/Hybrid – £45,000-£55,000
Profiles Creative are hiring a Senior Account Manager with strong account handling and logistics experience to work on multiple date tour activations for an experiential client, focused on a youth culture audience. Our client is in the process of a brand refresh, continuing to perform to high standards in the experiential space. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main day-to-day client contact, building strong relationships and acting as guardian of the account internally and externally
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless cross-channel campaign delivery
- Maintain quality control across all client and supplier communications
- Work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to shape and deliver campaign ideas
- Ensure all campaign elements meet high creative and executional standards
- Manage budgets including estimates, reconciliations, and invoicing
- Identify opportunities for account growth and support strategic planning
- Provide guidance, support, and development for junior team members
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in an Account Management role within an experiential agency
- Experience working with global brands or large-scale activations
- Familiarity with digital and social as part of experiential campaigns
- Background in event logistics or production coordination
- Experience activating campaigns across multiple markets such as the EU or US
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Confident presenting to clients and building long-term relationships
- Passion for creativity and innovation with a strong eye for detail
- Comfortable managing budgets, project trackers, and reporting tools
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
