We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Project Manager to lead a major CRM transformation programme for a high-growth organisation. This is an initial 6-month contract outside IR35, with the potential for extension.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of a HubSpot implementation programme
Own the solution design, delivery roadmap, and execution plan
Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate cross-functional teams including RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and technical stakeholders
Oversee CRM implementation (approx. 70%) and data/process migration (approx. 30%)
Ensure successful deployment and adoption of HubSpot across the organisation
Provide senior stakeholder reporting and programme governance
Experience Required
Proven Project Manager experience delivering CRM implementations
Strong experience with HubSpot, RevOps, or similar CRM ecosystems
Background delivering complex transformation or systems implementation programmes
Experience leading solution design and roadmap ownership
Consulting experiencestrongly preferred
Ability to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
This role would suit a delivery-focused HubSpot / CRM Project Manager comfortable leading complex implementations and working closely with senior business stakeholders.
