Eteach is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Advertising Sales Executive to help education-focused organisations connect with schools and educators across the UK and beyond. This is a great opportunity for a confident sales professional who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.
You will play a key role in growing our advertising and sponsorship revenue by working with businesses that support the education sector. Your work will directly help organisations reach the people who make a real difference in schools every day.

Prospect, qualify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals to build a robust pipeline of advertising clients.Building and managing a strong pipeline through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and inbound enquiriesUnderstanding each client’s goals and recommending tailored advertising and sponsorship solutionsPresenting proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and closing new business dealsDeveloping long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and partners to drive repeat businessWorking closely with marketing and creative colleagues to deliver effective and engaging campaignsKeeping up to date with education sector trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunitiesAccurately recording activity in the CRM system and reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and performanceWhat we are looking for
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in advertising, media, or the education sectorA strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targetsConfidence in prospecting, pitching, and closing new businessExcellent communication and negotiation skills, able to influence decision makers at different levelsA consultative and solutions-focused approach to salesComfortable using CRM systems and standard business tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookSelf-motivated, well organised, and able to manage your own time and prioritiesUnderstanding of digital advertising and online marketing is an advantageIf you are motivated by targets, enjoy building relationships, and want your work to have a positive impact in education, we would love to hear from you.
