Graduate Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant – Durham

The Role

You’ll support pupils academically and emotionally while gaining valuable classroom experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting lessons across the curriculum

  • Helping students who need additional support

  • Assisting teachers with classroom activities

  • Supporting behaviour and engagement

A Typical Day

Supporting students during English and Maths lessons
Encouraging participation and discussion
Running small learning activities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
