The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations and a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality. As a Chef, you will play a vital role in preparing high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and kitchen organisation. Hours – 2 days per week on a rota bases Midweek, no weekend work required. Hours 7am to 2pm

*Duties*
* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.* This will include cooking of Breakfast & Brunch Menu along with prep for Breakfast , Brunch and All Day Menu for our main restaurant menu to include, sauces, sides, mains, starters, desserts as required.* Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining quality and consistency.* Assist in the management of kitchen operations, including inventory control and stock rotation.* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.* Monitor food quality and portion sizes to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant setting, with knowledge of various cooking techniques.* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.* Excellent hospitality skills, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.* Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene.* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate teamwork.* A passion for culinary arts and continuous improvement in cooking skills. xwzovoh
