Overview

We’re looking for a Digital Planning Account Director to lead strategy for one of the UK’s most high-profile and influential transport clients. This is a role where your digital expertise will be seen by millions, with campaigns that shape public perception and drive real behavioural change. You’ll be at the heart of a client-agency partnership that values innovation, collaboration, and strategic thinking—working on briefs that span everything from large-scale digital brand campaigns to precision-targeted online behavioural messaging.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading the digital planning process, ensuring campaigns are insight-driven, measurable, and impactful

  • Partnering closely with strategy, digital activation, and creative teams to deliver innovative online campaigns

  • Acting as a senior point of contact for the client, building strong, trusted relationships

  • Managing and mentoring a talented digital planning team, ensuring they’re supported, motivated, and producing exceptional work

  • Overseeing the smooth delivery of digital campaigns, from brief through to post-campaign evaluation and optimisation

What we’re looking for

  • Significant digital media planning experience, ideally with high-profile, multi-stakeholder clients

  • Strong leadership skills, able to inspire teams and guide client conversations on digital strategy

  • A confident communicator with the ability to translate digital insight into actionable plans

  • Experience delivering large-scale, measurable digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels

  • Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, data-driven environments
