At LiveFlow, you won’t just write code - you’ll be part of a fast-paced, global team building real systems used by thousands of companies around the world. You’ll learn by doing, working alongside experienced engineers while gaining exposure to modern infrastructure, internal tooling, and real-world production systems.
You’ll be based in our London office, working closely with our Head of Platform Engineering and two Platform Engineers already based there. This means you’ll be surrounded by engineers who can support your learning and help you grow quickly as you start your career. While our platform team has a strong presence in London, our wider engineering team is globally distributed across Europe, South America, and the United States. You’ll collaborate with teammates across time zones and gain exposure to how modern distributed engineering teams operate. We work in a highly collaborative environment with regular pairing, code reviews, and knowledge sharing. As a graduate engineer, you’ll receive hands-on support while still having the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects from day one.
As a Graduate Platform Engineer, you’ll work on projects such as:

Backend: Elixir / Phoenix on AWS (via Terraform)
Frontend: Next.js with TypeScript
Don’t worry if you haven’t worked with these technologies before - we value strong fundamentals and curiosity over specific tools. If you’ve worked with languages like JavaScript, Python, Java, Go, or Rust, you’ll be able to pick things up quickly.
You don’t need extensive industry experience - we’re looking for smart, curious engineers who want to learn fast and build meaningful systems.
