AssocRICS / MRICS Remote working Residential Surveyor – Hiring in Leeds – up to approx. 62,000, plus monthly bonus OTE around £82,500.
My client are a growing national independent carrying out L1, L2 and L3 Surveys with remote working offices.
The team are a close-knit group who provide ongoing daily support and training, with multiple streams of business development and Google advertising to provide a stable workflow regardless of location.
The company aims to remain a mid-sized independent focused on quality reporting over mass output. Surveyors can operate with a flexible and meritocratic working culture, and there are opportunities as the company grows for managerial positions and other roles for the right people.
They primarily carry out L2 and L3 work (with suggested text, templated), L1 surveys (some secured lending work), mainly private valuations.
What an offer would likely look like
- Basic salary – Up to approx. 62,000 agency approx depending on experience, location and track record. OTE around £82,500 (this figure is approximate and may be higher or lower; the 82k is an approximate average). Bonus paid monthly.
- Private healthcare
- CPD partially covered; will require some personal cover. There will be a monthly CPD meeting.
- Expenses covered
- Mileage allowance or car allowance (to be discussed).
