Severn Trent is looking for a dynamic and driven individual to lead and coordinate the implementation of Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI), playing a key role in delivering our strategic ambitions and improving customer journeys.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI).
- Deliver Smart Metering projects and workstreams through the full project lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships across the business, share best practices, and ensure change is sustainable and impactful.
- Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to maintain alignment and support throughout the journey.
- Implement new and enhance existing processes, manage risks and issues, and realise benefits in areas such as customer experience, data management and technology.
- Provide leadership to project teams to ensure delivery to time, cost and quality standards.
- Travel flexibility across the Severn Trent region to support local teams as required.
What You’ll Bring To The Role
- Dynamic and experienced change leader with a track record in delivering sustainable change.
- Experience in Customer experience improvement projects and/or business change is desirable.
- Strong grasp of the project lifecycle, change management, and risk mitigation.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and build relationships across all levels of the business.
- Collaborative mindset to foster a culture of openness and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in using data analytics to inform decisions, identify and plan for benefits, and coach others to succeed.
- Passion for making a difference, influencing outcomes, and leading teams to success.
How We’ll Reward And Care For You In Return
- Salary from £40,000 – £46,000
- 28 days holiday + bank holidays (and the ability to buy/sell up to 5 days per year)
- Annual bonus scheme (up to £2,250 per annum based on company performance)
