D365 CRM Project Analyst – £50k

I’m working with a values-driven organisation delivering critical services and support to its stakeholders. Focused on optimising processes and systems to improve operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

THE ROLE:

Seeking a CRM Project Analyst to optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 and support business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Gathering and translating business requirements into user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria
• Configuring workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and integrations within Dynamics 365
• Supporting training, adoption, and mentoring for CRM users
• Improving data quality, processes, and operational reporting
• Acting as a bridge between technical teams, developers, and end users

THE CANDIDATE:

• 3 years’ experience as a CRM Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience engaging with technical and non‑technical stakeholders

THE OFFER:

• £45k–£50k
• Hybrid working model
• Opportunity to work on system optimisation and business transformation projects

LOCATION:

This is a hybrid role in Surrey 2x a week in office
