Overview
Hybrid working – CROYDON AREA. Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working closely with this first class insurance broking organisation seeking to recruit a strong Commercial Insurance team leader who is able to also service a portfolio of commercial clients, so you will be a “player/manager” type of leader.
To be considered for this role you must come from a solid Commercial Insurance broking background and have managerial experience in Insurance.
Responsibilities
- Provide Management Information
- Undertake monthly 1-2-1’s with your team
- Manage holidays, sickness and absence
- Ensure adherence to SLAs
- Identify training needs
- Appraisals
- File checks and audits
- Team meetings
- Regulatory compliance adherence
In addition you’ll have a book of clients with servicing responsibility where you’ll be involved in renewals, rebroking, mid term adjustments, account maximisation, insurer liaison and relationship management.
