Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports.

Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support business goals.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Finance Manager should have:

A recognised qualification in accounting or finance (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).

Proven experience within the retail industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and standards.

Proficiency in financial systems and software.

Ability to provide insightful financial analysis.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Experience with Audit control, month end closing and rebate accrual.
