Job Description:Start your management journey, learning from an outstanding leadership team Lead your own team and manage a diverse compliance & advisory portfolio Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Provide tailored tax advice to clients, addressing their unique financial needs. Prepare and review personal tax returns accurately and efficiently. Advise on tax planning opportunities to optimise client outcomes. Assist in the development and mentoring of junior team members. Keep up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and communicate relevant updates to clients and the team. Collaborate with other departments to deliver a comprehensive service to clients. Support the wider tax team in achieving departmental goals. A professional qualification in tax or accountancy (e.g., ATT, CTA, ACCA, ACA). Strong technical knowledge of personal tax legislation and compliance. Experience managing a portfolio of personal tax clients. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An ability to work collaboratively within a professional services environment. Competitive salary ranging from £43,000 to £48,000 per annum.
