A leading and fast-growing hospitality group is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead and develop their events sales strategy across a portfolio of stylish and high-energy venues. This is an exciting opportunity to join a trendy and innovative hospitality brand known for delivering exceptional experiences, from corporate events and brand activations to private celebrations and large-scale parties.
The Head of Sales will take ownership of the events sales function, driving revenue growth while leading and developing a high-performing sales team. Working closely with senior leadership, marketing, and operations, this role will play a key part in shaping the group’s events strategy and maximising commercial opportunities across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the events sales team, driving performance and revenue growth
- Develop and execute the group’s events sales strategy
- Identify new business opportunities across corporate, private, and brand-led events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and corporate partners
- Oversee the full sales cycle from enquiry through to conversion
- Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and sales performance
- Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns and lead generation
- Collaborate with venue management and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience xwzovoh in a senior sales role within hospitality, events, or lifestyle venues
- Strong background in event sales, ideally across multiple venues or concepts
- Demonstrable track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Well-connected within the London events and corporate market
- Highly commercial with strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Energetic, creative, and passionate about hospitality and events
