Account Manager (BTL / CRM)

We’re looking for an Account Manager who can take ownership of the work and keep campaigns moving.
You’ll work on a fast-paced account delivering BTL campaigns across CRM, email, press and social, collaborating closely with creatives, strategists, studio and developers to bring ideas to life.
What you’ll be doing
• Managing the day-to-day delivery of BTL campaigns including CRM, email, press and social
• Working closely with creative teams, studio and developers to produce campaign assets
• Running timelines, status reports, estimates and resourcing across multiple projects
• Acting as a key day-to-day contact for clients and multiple stakeholders
• Supporting senior team members on larger strategic projects
• Ensuring work is delivered accurately, on time and to a high standard
We’re looking for someone who
- Has agency experience in account management wokring on BTL / CRM campaigns
- Is organised and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Understands the creative development process and campaign delivery
- Is comfortable working with creatives, strategists, studio and developers
Ideal for a strong Account Executive ready to step up, or an Account Manager looking for more ownership on a busy BTL account.
