What you’ll be doing:
Leading, managing, and developing a team of Tech Ops and agency staffEnsuring compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental standardsMaintaining food safety, integrity, and quality across all productsManaging costs, materials, and waste to meet budget targetsMotivating and training your team to deliver outstanding resultsDriving continuous improvement projects to boost performance and efficiencyUpholding hygiene and GMP standards to ensure audit readiness every dayWhat we’re looking for:
Proven ability to coach, lead, and inspire teamsStrong communication skills and the ability to build respectful relationshipsExperience in manufacturing or food production environmentsExcellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving skillsPC literacy (MS Office, SAP)Flexibility to meet the demands of a dynamic production environmentWhat’s in it for you:
