  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure timely reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Handle payroll queries and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department on payroll-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, pension, and employment laws.
  • Provide payroll reports and analysis to senior management as required.
  • Support internal audits and implement improvements in payroll processes.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices.

    A successful Payroll Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in payroll management and has experience in managing a small team.
  • Experience in high volume payrolls both fortnightly and monthly
  • Experience in a fast paced business
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
