As a CNC Setter Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Setting and operating Mazak or Haas CNC machines for turning or milling operations
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure accurate production
- Performing quality checks and maintaining high standards throughout the process
- Adjusting machine settings and tooling to optimise performance
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment in line with company standards
As a CNC Setter Operator, your experience will include:
- Previous experience setting and operating CNC machines (Mazak or Haas preferred)
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience working in a production environment
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts as required
- Semi-skilled or skilled background in CNC machining
