One of the leading law in West End Central London are looking to recruit a commercial property Solicitor to work on a wide variety of commercial property matters.
The firm is looking to recruit a real estate / commercial property lawyer with experience of dealing with a variety of commercial property legal matters.
This law firm’s commercial property practice deals with a range of commercial property matters including sales and purchases, commercial leases and landlord and tenant matters, property joint ventures, property matters in the hospitality and leisure sector, developments, property finance and corporate support.
This law firm currently provides a wide range of commercial and private client legal services in addition to commercial property / real estate work, such as corporate and commercial law, commercial and property litigation, employment law, residential property, family law and private client.
My Client are offering Partnership to candidates and Excellent salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Work on a wide variety of commercial property matters including sales and purchases, commercial leases and landlord and tenant matters.
- Involve with property joint ventures, hospitality and leisure sector properties, developments, property finance and corporate support.
Qualifications / Requirements
- 4yrs PQE+ in commercial property or real estate law.
- Experience dealing with a variety of commercial property legal matters.
