Facilities Projects Manager – 12 Month FTC
Our client is seeking an experienced Facilities Projects Manager to join their team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will lead a key transformation project focused on transitioning 15 operational sites onto a single Facilities Management (FM) provider, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and efficient migration while maintaining service continuity across all locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain asset registers across all sites to support the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including preparation and issuance of RFPs, evaluation of proposals, contract negotiation, and vendor onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement activities align with operational and commercial objectives.
- Provide ongoing support to the wider Facilities Management team as required throughout the project lifecycle.
What Our client is looking for
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance operations within a facilities environment.
- Demonstrated experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally with a focus on facilities management services.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with facilities, finance, and legal teams.
- Proven capability in negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management, ensuring agreements deliver value and performance.

Health & Safety and Opt-Out Information
