About Forge Holiday Group

At Forge Holiday Group, we don’t just do holidays, we create memories. With market-leading brands like Sykes Holiday Cottages, Forest Holidays, and Bachcare in New Zealand, we’re 1,700+ strong and powered by four values: One Business One Team, Keep it Simple, Grow & Learn, Sustainable Impact.

About the Role

We’re on a mission to transform how people book and enjoy UK holidays. As Product Manager – Account, Loyalty & Booking, you’ll shape the seamless, personalised, and rewarding digital experiences that bring guests back time and again.

This is a high-impact, guest-facing role focused on conversion, engagement, and loyalty. You’ll own the full booking funnel – from sign-up to checkout and beyond, leading the evolution of our loyalty and membership proposition while ensuring every guest interaction feels effortless, trusted, and rewarding.

What You’ll Do

  • ➡️ Own the product vision and roadmap for guest accounts, loyalty, and booking journeys.
  • ➡️ Define and prioritise problems across login, sign-up, checkout, and repeat bookings.
  • ➡️ Partner with UX and engineering to deliver intuitive, high-performing experiences.
  • ➡️ Champion experimentation through A/B testing and data-driven optimisation.
  • ➡️ Collaborate with CRM and marketing to enhance loyalty, referral, and reactivation features.
  • ➡️ Use analytics to understand guest behaviour and turn insight into measurable impact.
  • ➡️ Ensure brand consistency, trust, and accessibility across all touchpoints.

What We’re Looking For

  • ✅ Proven product management experience – discovery, prioritisation, delivery, and stakeholder alignment.
  • ✅ Strong ownership of complex, multi-touchpoint user journeys.
  • ✅ Experience in conversion optimisation, checkout UX, or loyalty programmes.
  • ✅ Customer-obsessed with the ability to balance guest needs and commercial goals.
  • ✅ Data-driven and comfortable defining metrics, running experiments, and iterating quickly.
  • ✅ Clear communicator and natural collaborator who unites teams behind a shared vision.
  • ✅ Curious, energetic, and results-driven – you bring momentum wherever you go.

Bonus points for: Experience in ecommerce, travel, hospitality, or marketplaces, or familiarity with personalisation, CRM, or cross-device journeys.
