Job Title: CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery to manufacture precision components from issued drawings through to completed parts.

Program, set, and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines
Manufacture components to required tolerances and quality standards
Conduct basic inspection and quality checks
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator
Experience with CNC milling and/or turning
Experience in manual engineering
Strong programming experience
Ability to independently take an issued drawing, programme, set, and run a machine until completion
High attention to detail and quality
Experience with ONE CNC software
Experience working with XYZ machines
Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm (30-minute lunch)
Employees are paid for Fridays but are not required to attend unless urgent work arises
