We are are currently looking to recruit a Machine Operator to join our experienced production team. This role would suit either someone with previous experience operating plastic extrusion machinery or an individual with a good mechanical attitude who is keen to learn new skills. No prior experience is required, as full technical training will be provided for the right candidate.
This is a hands-on role within a company committed to high standards, quality, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
The role reports to the Night Shift Supervisor and, once fully trained, will involve setting and operating plastic extrusion machines on a 12-hour night shift.
Shift Times
6:00am-18:00pm
18:00pm-6:00am
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining health and safety standards for yourself and those around you
Ensuring product quality meets customer expectations
Checking products against retained samples
Running production lines in line with standard job times
Accurately completing all required production paperwork
Maintaining high housekeeping standards throughout production
Adhering to and supporting all company policies and procedures
