Warehouse Operative

Warehouse Operative – Brandon Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Contract: Permanent Pay: £14.00 – £14.50 Per hour Requirements: Counterbalance Forklift Licence   Duties Include:  

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders using paper-based pick lists.
• Put stock away correctly across the warehouse.
• Experienced in using APC and UPN customer portals, or experience in similar logistics systems.
• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift to load, unload and move incoming goods around the warehouse.
• Use pump trucks and pallet trucks to safely manoeuvre goods.
• Carry out general warehouse tasks, including housekeeping and maintaining a clean, organised workspace.

  Requirements:  

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Ability to operate a pump/pallet truck
• Previous warehouse experience
• Basic computer skills (advantageous)
• Ability to work independently and use own initiative
• Confidence with numbers
• Experience using APC/UPN portals (desirable)
