Job Title: Machine Operative – Window Manufacturing
About the Role:We are currently recruiting Machine Operators to join a well-established window manufacturing company based in Doncaster (DN11). This is a great opportunity to join a growing production team with the potential for a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating manufacturing and production machinery
Setting up and monitoring machines during production
Ensuring products meet quality standards
Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting faults
Manual handling of materials when required
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Working efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets
Requirements:
Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
Good level of physical fitness
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
