Start Monday is working with a well-established residential care home to recruit an experienced and dedicated Care Home Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional, person-centred care
Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and compliance standards
Maintain strong communication with residents, families, and professionals
Manage complaints, grievances, and staffing matters in line with company policy
Foster a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement
About You
Minimum of one year’s experience managing a residential or dementia care home
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
A proactive, compassionate approach to care
Full UK driving licence and access to transport
