Job Description:

HR Technology

  • Own and optimise Rippling globally, acting as the system lead and driving adoption across the organisation.
  • Establish strong HR data governance and document management

People Analytics

  • Develop productivity, attrition and recruiting funnel dashboards that enable data-driven people decisions.
  • Deliver meaningful retention analysis segmented by region, business unit and seniority, mapped against the EVP.
  • Link performance and promotion data to learning journeys to quantify the impact of L&D investment.

Workforce Planning & Compensation

  • Partner with FP&A on headcount modelling, hiring forecasts and cost modelling
  • Support the design and administration of salary bands, geographic reward frameworks, and commission and bonus structures.

People Operations

  • Oversee employee lifecycle administration, HRIS processes and compliance coordination globally.
  • Bring structure and consistency to people operations across a multi-office, multi-timezone environment.
