Data Entry Systems Analyst • Immingham, England
To assist the Inspection Department with various work processes related to the Inspection business including developing work packs, entering Inspection data and processing Inspection tasks as requested.
Duties And Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL:
- Creates piping inspection work packs.
- Inputs data into the PCMS.
- Controls the re-schedule of inspection work requests.
- Data input of inspection work packs.
- Proactively work toward improving systems.
- Follow instructions, responds to management direction.
NON-ESSENTIAL:
- Any other ad-hoc requests as required

Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Good standard of education and computer literate, Engineering background / qualifications preferred.
- Previous knowledge and experience with database entry and management of systems.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS:
- Experience of accurate entry of l data is essential.
- Previous knowledge and experience using engineering databases with database entry and management of systems.
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills – to communicate in a professional manner to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Must maintain confidentiality of employees related data and comply with GDPR rules.
- Good knowledge of business concepts, practices and procedures is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in SAP and Track systems would be beneficial.
- Proficient in Excel.
