Are you an experienced Early Years leader looking for a role that respects your time outside of the classroom? We are seeking a dedicated, qualified Manager to lead our team in Plympton.

Your Profile

• Qualified: Minimum Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare.
• Experienced: Proven track record in a managerial or leadership role within a setting.
• Passionate: A deep understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and team development.
• Local: Based in or able to commute easily to the Plympton area.

The Role

As our Manager, you won’t just be “running a setting”-you’ll be shaping the educational foundation of our children and mentoring a team of passionate educators in a supportive, community-focused environment.
