Role and responsibilities

The Charity Fundraising Officer (CFO) will play a key role in delivering income growth through the development and implementation of fundraising initiatives, campaigns, and supporter engagement. This role will focus on both donor recruitment and stewardship, working across individual giving, community fundraising, and corporate partnerships to help achieve income targets and raise awareness of the charity’s work. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone with initiative, creativity, and a passion for making a difference in their local community.

  • Increase income, engage supporters, and develop innovative fundraising initiatives.
  • Develop and implement fundraising campaigns and supporter engagement activities.
  • Focus on donor recruitment and stewardship across individual giving, community fundraising, and corporate partnerships.
