We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to join our clients growing team in Horsham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional to take on a senior role overseeing a residential portfolio while helping shape operational strategy and leading a high-performing team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring properties are managed to the highest standards of service, compliance, and client satisfaction, while supporting the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the property management team, promoting a culture of professionalism, accountability, and excellent customer service.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio, including maintenance coordination, compliance, budgets, and tenant relations.
• Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, performance, and client experience.
• Ensure all properties are managed in line with current legislation and industry regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and service delivery across the department.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in a Senior Property Manager or similar property management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent knowledge of UK property legislation and compliance, including the Renters Reform/Rights landscape.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• ARLA / Propertymark qualification (preferred).
• Full UK Driving Licence (required).
