We are working on behalf of a leading National M&E contractor who need a Mechanical Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis in the North East. The role covers projects across their Newcastle office, including sectors such as Education, Leisure, MOJ and Commercial. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, yet growing National company, turning over close to £500m. This is a secure role that offers long term security with the amount of work in the North East that has been picked up, as well as the opportunity for long term progression!
Responsibilities
- Manage design consultants
- Deal with suppliers
- Vet quotes
- Procurement
- Ensure project is ready to hit site
- Take hold of all tenders, review costs and forecast costs, plan and deliver projects through to handover
