Job Description:
Overview
We are currently looking for a qualified Gas Engineer to support a busy local contractor with Landlord Gas Safety Checks across residential properties in the Grimsby area.
Responsibilities
- Carry out Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12) in residential properties
- Inspect and test gas appliances, pipework, and flues
- Identify and report any safety issues or remedial work required
- Complete certification and documentation accurately
- Provide professional service when dealing with tenants and property managers
Requirements
- Must hold valid Gas Safe registration
- Relevant gas qualifications (e.g. CCN1, CENWAT or equivalent)
- Experience completing Landlord Gas Safety Certificates
- Full UK driving licence
- Own van and tools preferred
- Ability to complete up to 8 checks per day
Contract Details
- 6-month contract
- Ongoing pipeline of properties to attend
- Weekly invoicing available
- Immediate start available
