The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable AI Technical Trainer with working knowledge in training, tuning, deploying, and monitoring classical and deep Machine Learning models. As an AI Technical Trainer you will be responsible for delivering high-quality curriculum and mentoring learners, guiding them professionally and will be involved in continuous improvement of relevant learning products. You can expect to cover learning products such as AI & Machine Learning Fellowship and support delivering Machine Learning-related content in higher-level apprenticeship programmes such as Advanced Data Fellowship and AI Data Specialist.

The Multiverse coaching team is a diverse mix of industry experts, educators, and academics, working together to build the future of work. You will be part of this team, reporting to a Delivery Lead who will guide your development.

To ensure a strong start, you will complete a 3-week onboarding programme, covering:

At the end of onboarding, you will be ready to support Multiverse apprentices, helping them develop technical expertise and industry-relevant skills relating to the ML domain and drive impact within their businesses. We believe this is an opportunity like no other!

About you:

You will have a combination of both deep technical skills and significant experience applying this in an industry setting, and ideally 1+ year of experience in learning & development, coaching or education.

  1. Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to work across teams, lead cross-functional projects, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  2. Strong written and on-camera communication and presentation abilities, adept at engaging and motivating learners.
  3. Demonstrated skills in applying business case principles and articulating the business value related to relevant innovations.
  4. You are passionate about delivering the best learning opportunities and supporting others on their development journey.
  5. You align closely with the values and can share examples of how you have demonstrated them.
