Responsibilities

  • Project manage the commercial onboarding process for new retail partners, from agreement to launch. Including ‘Initial onboarding training’ for new retail locations.
  • Manage relationships with existing retail partners and support them to achieve operational and CI standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs with sales, aftersales, training, finance, IT, marketing, and any external third parties.
  • Maintain and manage the internal retailer onboarding tracker, ensuring all documentation, approvals, and stage gates are completed on time.
  • Support the submission and sign-off process for new store proposals, working with internal stakeholders and global HQ.
  • Track and update the status of all open sites, pipeline locations, and CI upgrades across the UK network.
  • Support monitoring of CI compliance, including follow-up on required improvements.
  • Monitor retailer KPIs and prepare reports for senior management, on status and on boarding progress. Offering recommendations for continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years OEM experience
  • Strong Networking Skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with strong flexibility and resilience
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Willingness to travel across the UK
