Recruitment Consultant – White collar construction Birmingham £60-80k
This client is a well established and growing construction recruittment agency in Birmingham. They are now looking for a consultants to work closely with the Team Leader and develop a white collar construction desk across the permanent sector.
The Birmingham office is well established so you will have access to national contracts and PSLs as well as existing supply relationships with smaller sub contracting firms. 50% of all new business wins are incoming calls from business referals due to their excellent reputation for good delivery and service.
As a company, they have a great reputation for supporting and nurturing consultants and have exceptional tenure in the business.
This role is a 360 billing role and is open to recruitment consultants from other sectors that want to get into construction.
