Night Shift Concierge

Night Concierge Part Time (working 3 shifts per week/must be flexible with nights/11.00pm-7.00am shifts) A opportunity has arisen within our front office department; we are seeking to recruit a Night Concierge to join our team at The Fitzwilliam Hotel Belfast. OUR FRONT OFFICE/GUEST RELATIONS We have 146 guestrooms within our hotel, offering a range of room types. The Front Office Department is made up of three main areas, reception, concierge and night concierge; our night concierge team are responsible for many aspects of our guests experience. THE OPPORTUNITY As a Night Concierge, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel during the night shift. You will ensure a seamless and comfortable stay for our guests by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or needs they may have. Your role is crucial in maintaining the safety and satisfaction of our guests during overnight hours. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Coordinate transportation and reservations for dining, entertainment, and other services as needed. Monitor and manage the hotel lobby and common areas, ensuring cleanliness and order. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred. Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. additional education in hospitality management is a plus. As night concierge you will report to the Director of Rooms and be supported by the Night Supervisor. DESIRABLE A full UK clean Driving Licence – Minimum of 2 years driving experience – over the age of 30 years for insurance purposes.
