Business restructurings and reorganisationsNew jurisdiction entry and expansion into new marketsPre- and post-transaction reorganisationsRefinancing and interest deductibility mattersCash repatriation planningTax authority enquiriesGlobal fiscal change, including BEPS Pillar 2 implementationYou will work closely with Partners and Directors on technically complex matters, delivering clear, commercially focused advice to clients.
The Person
Lead and manage advisory and compliance engagements for UK and cross-border clientsCoordinate with specialists, overseas member firms and external advisers to deliver integrated solutionsDevelop and maintain strong client relationships, building your external network and identifying opportunitiesManage engagement quality, risk processes and financial performanceSupport resourcing and contribute to team operationsCoach, mentor and develop junior team membersActively participate in business development initiativesBe a visible role model for KPMG’s values and collaborative cultureCTA, ACA, CA (or equivalent) qualifiedTechnically strong in UK corporation tax, with broader tax and accounting awarenessCommercially minded, analytical and curiousConfident managing multiple clients and projectsSkilled at building relationships and communicating clearlyComfortable identifying and managing riskMotivated to develop others and contribute to team growthCommitted to continuous professional and technical development
