We are looking for a Senior Therapeutic Care Worker to join a dedicated team supporting girls aged 8–13 within a nurturing and therapeutic residential environment. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a real difference in young people’s lives while developing their career in residential childcare.
Leading shifts and supporting the staff team • Supporting children with routines, education, and activities • Applying trauma-informed and therapeutic care approaches (PACE model) • Experience in Children’s Residential Care • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete) • Strong understanding of safeguarding and trauma-informed care • Full UK driving licence
