Milk Education is currently working with Primary Schools across Liverpool (L21) that are seeking enthusiastic Graduates to join them on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting pupils academically and pastorally, ensuring they make sustained progress.
You will have opportunities to:
- Work 1:1 and with small groups delivering tailored intervention sessions
- Support full class teachers within the classroom
- Cover lessons and develop classroom confidence, preparing you for routes such as PGCE or Schools Direct teacher training
We are welcoming applications from Graduates in subjects including:
- Maths
- English
- Science
- Humanities (History, Geography, RE)
- Languages
- Art & Design
- Psychology / Social Sciences
- Sport & Physical Activity
- Open to any subject!
If you are an aspiring teacher with a genuine passion for working with young people, we would love to hear from you.
Key Criteria:
- A minimum of a 2:2 degree
- Experience working with young people (desirable, not essential)
- Clear motivation to work in education or pursue teaching
- Ability to provide two references from the last two years
- Willingness to complete CPD training provided by Milk Education and the placement school
