Social & Digital Designer
Hertfordshire (2 days in the office near St Albans)
£40,000 – £45,000 (DOE)
We’re working with a fully integrated marketing agency in Hertfordshire who are looking to bolster their creative capabilities by hiring a Social and Digital Designer.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced agency designer who understands not just how things look, but how they behave on platform.
You’ll be creating scroll-stopping, platform-native work across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels — spanning both B2B and B2C. From always-on content to bigger campaign moments, you’ll take ideas from concept through to polished execution, with the autonomy to art direct your own output.
They’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3–5+ years’ experience in a design role with a strong social/digital-first portfolio
- Thinks conceptually, not just visually
- Is confident across static and motion (After Effects & Premiere essential)
- Understands platform behaviour and digital storytelling
- Is culturally plugged-in and commercially aware
- Is already experimenting with AI tools in their creative process
- Can operate independently but thrives in a collaborative agency environment
