TheRole

Thecompanyislookingfora2ndLineITSupportEngineertojointheirteam.Theroleinvolvessupportingover100businessclients,bothremotelyandon-site,acrossmultiplesectors.Youwilltroubleshoot,maintain,andimplementITsystems,ensuringclientsremainproductiveandsecure.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Deliverhigh-qualityITsupportacrossdesktops,servers,andMicrosoft365environments
  • ConfigureandmaintainMicrosoft365tenantsincludingExchange,SharePoint,AzureAD,andEndpointManager
  • InstallandmanageWindows11andmobiledevices
  • Diagnoseandresolvetechnicalissues,includingmailflowandclientconfigurations
  • Maintaincleardocumentationofallworkcompleted
  • Promotebestpracticeincybersecurityacrossclientsystems

Skills&ExperienceRequired:

  • StrongknowledgeofMicrosoft365/Officeapplications
  • ExperiencewithWindowsinstallationsandtroubleshootingtools(EventViewer,CommandPrompt,etc.)
  • Excellentcommunicationskillsandabilitytotakeownershipofissues
  • Desirable:Networkingfundamentals,WindowsServerexperience(AD,GroupPolicy,DNS,DHCP)
