Join our team and youll be responsible for owning the full sales cycle from identifying and engaging new B2B clients, to closing deals and managing the accounts you win. Youll work with businesses across Northern Ireland, helping them solve real hiring challenges using NIJobs market-leading recruitment solutions. Your Responsibilities Source and build a high-quality database of B2B sales leads through proactive research, outbound outreach, and market mapping to consistently feed a healthy pipeline. Complete high-volume outbound cold-calling activity to engage decision-makers, introduce solutions, and generate qualified sales opportunities. Account manage all clients you successfully secure, developing long-term relationships, driving repeat business, and ensuring a high level of ongoing customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales revenue targets and KPIs Deliver consultative client meetings and tailored product presentations to HR professionals and hiring managers, demonstrating clear value and solving real business challenges. Qualifications Has 14 years experience in outbound B2B sales, business development, account management, or agency recruitment. Is comfortable with lead generation, cold calling and proactive outreach. Has proven experience hitting (and ideally exceeding) sales targets. Is resilient, driven, and motivated by results.
