The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Build and manage a strong client portfolio within engineering and manufacturing markets
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions across both contract and permanent hiring
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates
- Develop and grow long-term relationships across your specialist sector
- Contribute to team performance and wider business growth
- Represent Auxo Advanced Engineering as a subject matter expert within your market
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Background in engineering recruitment (contract and/or permanent)
- Strong billing and delivery track record
- Commercially driven with a consultative approach
- Passion for building lasting client and candidate relationships
- A team player who aligns with our values and growth mindset
