We are partnering with reputable Nursery, now seeking a passionate and experienced Room Leader to join their management team.
Essential Requirement
- Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential)
What you ll do
- Lead and support room staff day to day
- Maintain high standards of care, learning, and development
- Ensure EYFS and key person practices are followed
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers
- Promote positive team and parent relationships
