A prestigious hotel in West Sussex is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead their operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role for a confident and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-departmental environment. Salary: A GBP 85,000 + Bonus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a multi-departmental team, fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including Front of House, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Events.
- Deliver excellent guest service, maintaining high standards and consistent quality.
- Drive revenue and profitability, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with ownership/management to develop and implement strategic plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a senior hotel leadership role.
- Strong operational knowledge across all hotel departments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Financially astute with experience managing budgets and achieving targets.
