Role Description

This is an EXPERIENCED, PART-TIME, on-site role for a PROPERTY MANAGER based in STOURBRIDGE. Hours flexible, by negotiation. Would suit working parent.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day management of residential properties.
• Ensuring properties meet legal and safety standards.
• Coordinating inspections and follow-up maintenance and repairs.
• The Property Manager will liaise with clients to deliver top-notch customer service and foster positive relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong organisation, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant and client interactions
• Proficiency in property management software and familiarity with property legislation
• Experience in residential lettings/property management
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are beneficial
• Understanding of the local property market in the West Midlands is an advantage.
