My client is a rapidly expanding corporate finance boutique based in Manchester city centre and they are now looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Exexutive or Manager to join the growing team.

We are looking for an ACA qualified Corporate Finance professionalwith demonstrable experience of working ontransactions in the lower mid-market with SMEs and owner-managed businesses. Experience should include both buy-side and sell-side transactions, including buy-outs, buy-ins and growth capital.
