You   To be successful as the HR Advisor, you’ll have the following skills and experience: 

• Proven experience in employee relations and HR advisory roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and care.
• Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.
• Some experience in HR training and onboarding processes.
